Chipmakers lead losers after US Treasury Secretary Bessent says US-China trade negotiation has hit a little bit of a road block with inputs required by Presidents from both countries.

Bucking the trend, pharmaceutical firm Otsuka jumps +6.82% on news of its new kidney drug Sibeprenlimab obtaining US FDA acceptance and priority review this week.

Meanwhile, Wall Street slips as Trump says that China has violated preliminary trade agreements.
